After earning a BFA in Printmaking from Grand Valley State University in 2017, I began exploring silversmithing, teaching myself through trial and error and the expansive resource of YouTube. I began Hold Hand Goods in 2020 as a way to share my work with others, creating mostly sterling silver jewelry, focusing on metal stamping and working with patterns and unique shapes. In 2024 I began taking printmaking classes at the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts and fell back in love with printmaking, which has become my current obsession. I have been exploring patterns, liquid-like line work and color, primarily through woodcuts. Hold Hand Goods is currently based in Kalamazoo, MI.
